We begin with Bismillah

Like all things worth doing, we begin with Bismillah. In the name of Allah, most Generous, most Merciful…

This blog is a space to reflect, synthesize, and share. A digital journal of sorts—where I consolidate thoughts from my ongoing journey through habit coaching, leadership development, Islamic psychology, and community work in the Muslim nonprofit space.

I’m not a scholar, therapist, or academic—just someone who reads deeply, thinks a lot, and cares about growth.

This blog began as a place to share personal reflections from my Islamic studies journey, but it’s slowly evolved into something broader. I still draw from those roots, but I also explore how we live, lead, and grow—individually and collectively—as Muslims in today’s world. Sometimes I’m writing from experience. Sometimes from something I’ve studied or observed. Either way, I try to be clear about what’s sourced and what’s personal.

If anything I share brings benefit, all praise is due to Allah. And if there’s anything off, I welcome sincere correction—with the adab of shared learning.
